Purple Superfood Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 C plant milk of choice
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp butterfly pea powder
  • 2 tsp beet powder
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 C frozen cauliflower (can sub for second banana)
  • 1/2 C frozen mango
  • 1/2 C frozen blackberries

Toppings

  • kiwi
  • white dragon fruit
  • hemp seeds
  • goji berries

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a high powered blender and purée on low until smooth and creamy. Use tamper to help mix. If your blender isn’t very powerful, add more liquid.

  2. Pour into a chilled bowl and top with kiwi, white dragon fruit, hemp seeds, and goji berries.

Notes

  1. The rich purple hue comes from butterfly pea powder and beet powder, offering health benefits such as antioxidants, reduced inflammation, glowing skin, healthy hair, reduced stress, improved digestion, increased energy and endurance, and improved blood circulation.
