Purple Superfood Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 C plant milk of choice
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp butterfly pea powder
  • 2 tsp beet powder
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 C frozen cauliflower (can sub for second banana)
  • 1/2 C frozen mango
  • 1/2 C frozen blackberries

Toppings

  • kiwi
  • white dragon fruit
  • hemp seeds
  • goji berries

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a high powered blender and purée on low until smooth and creamy. Use a tamper to help mix. If your blender isn’t very powerful, add more liquid.

  2. Pour into a chilled bowl and top with kiwi, white dragon fruit, hemp seeds, and goji berries.
