Blackberry Kale Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 C water or plant milk (increase to 2 C for thinner drinkable smoothie)
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 scoop vanilla plant protein
  • 1 TBSP hemp seed
  • 4 leaves kale
  • handful of fresh mint
  • 1 C frozen blackberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 C frozen cauliflower

Toppings

  • unsweetened coconut
  • fresh blackberries
  • hemp seeds

Preparation

  1. Place a bowl in the freezer to chill (keeps your smoothie cold!)

  2. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender or food processor and blend until thick and creamy.

  3. Transfer to chilled bowl and add toppings. Enjoy!
