Blackberry Kale Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 C water or plant milk (increase to 2 C for thinner drinkable smoothie)
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 scoop vanilla plant protein
- 1 TBSP hemp seed
- 4 leaves kale
- handful of fresh mint
- 1 C frozen blackberries
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 C frozen cauliflower
Toppings
- unsweetened coconut
- fresh blackberries
- hemp seeds
Preparation
Place a bowl in the freezer to chill (keeps your smoothie cold!)
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender or food processor and blend until thick and creamy.
Transfer to chilled bowl and add toppings. Enjoy!
