Blue Spirulina Mint Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup cashew milk
- 1 scoop vanilla vegan protein powder
- 1 teaspoon blue spirulina
- handful of fresh mint
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/4 cup frozen cauliflower
- 1/4 cup frozen mango
- 1/2 of one Medjool date
- 2-inch chunk of fresh aloe (optional)
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds (optional)
Toppings
- fresh blueberries
- almond milk whipped topping
Preparation
Add all ingredients except blueberries and whipped topping to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a glass, top with blueberries, whipped topping, and fresh mint.
Tips
To keep the smoothie cold, serve it in the snow.
