Blue Spirulina Mint Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cashew milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla vegan protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon blue spirulina
  • handful of fresh mint
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup frozen cauliflower
  • 1/4 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 of one Medjool date
  • 2-inch chunk of fresh aloe (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds (optional)

Toppings

  • fresh blueberries
  • almond milk whipped topping

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients except blueberries and whipped topping to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

  2. Pour into a glass, top with blueberries, whipped topping, and fresh mint.

Tips

  1. To keep the smoothie cold, serve it in the snow.
