Pink Pitaya Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen Pitaya packets or 1 fresh pink dragonfruit
  • 3 frozen bananas
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple or peaches
  • 1 cup oat milk or almond milk
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation

  1. Blend all the ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth.

  2. Top your smoothie bowl with your favorite fruits and superfoods.
