Pink Pitaya Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 2 frozen Pitaya packets or 1 fresh pink dragonfruit
- 3 frozen bananas
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple or peaches
- 1 cup oat milk or almond milk
- 1 tbsp pure maple syrup (optional)
- 1 tsp vanilla
Preparation
Blend all the ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth.
Top the smoothie bowl with your favorite fruits and superfoods.
