Creamy Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup steamed then frozen cauliflower or frozen cauliflower rice
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin purée
  • a spoonful of almond butter
  • 1/2 cup frozen banana
  • dashes of pumpkin spice
  • 3/4 cup dairy free milk

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth.

Tips

  1. Optionally, top with granola and chocolate chips for added texture and flavor.
