Vegan Chocolaty Cacao Coconut Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 30-40 pitted dates
  • 2-3 tbsp cacao powder
  • 30g raw cashews
  • 1 tbsp chocolate almond butter
  • 30g vanilla bean coconut yoghurt
  • 280ml coconut milk

Toppings

  • coconut cream
  • cacao nibs
  • toasted coconut chips
  • coconut milk chocolate

Preparation

  1. Soak the pitted dates in warm water for 5-10 minutes.

  2. Blend all the ingredients together until smooth.

  3. Pour into your favorite cup.

  4. Top with coconut cream, cacao nibs, toasted coconut chips, and coconut milk chocolate.
