Vegan Chocolaty Cacao Coconut Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1 frozen banana
- 30-40 pitted dates
- 2-3 tbsp cacao powder
- 30g raw cashews
- 1 tbsp chocolate almond butter
- 30g vanilla bean coconut yoghurt
- 280ml coconut milk
Toppings
- coconut cream
- cacao nibs
- toasted coconut chips
- coconut milk chocolate
Preparation
Soak the pitted dates in warm water for 5-10 minutes.
Blend all the ingredients together until smooth.
Pour into your favorite cup.
Top with coconut cream, cacao nibs, toasted coconut chips, and coconut milk chocolate.
