Peanut and Chocolate Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 2 handfuls of ice
  • 3 medjool dates
  • 3 tbsp of peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp plant based chocolate protein powder (I use @vivolife raw cacao)
  • 1 tsp raw cacao powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 cup water

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender.

  2. Serve and top with peanut butter, melted chocolate, homemade granola, and coconut flakes.
