Chocolate and Cherry Protein Shake

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup frozen cherries
  • 2/3 cup soy milk
  • 1/2 block tofu (90g)
  • 1-2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.

  2. Serve with your favorite additions and enjoy.
