Chocolate and Cherry Protein Shake
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 frozen bananas
- 1 cup frozen cherries
- 2/3 cup soy milk
- 1/2 block tofu (90g)
- 1-2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Preparation
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Serve with your favorite additions and enjoy.
