Vegan Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
  • 1 cup ice
  • 2 tbsp vanilla protein
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 avocado or 1/2 cup coconut milk

Toppings

  • Vegan Greek style yogurt
  • Cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Top with vegan Greek style yogurt and cinnamon.

Notes

  1. Adjust the amount of maple syrup to taste for desired sweetness.
