Vegan Pumpkin Pie Smoothie
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
- 1 cup ice
- 2 tbsp vanilla protein
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 avocado or 1/2 cup coconut milk
Toppings
- Vegan Greek style yogurt
- Cinnamon
Preparation
Place all ingredients in a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Top with vegan Greek style yogurt and cinnamon.
Notes
Adjust the amount of maple syrup to taste for desired sweetness.
