Healthy Iced Pumpkin Latte
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup brewed cooled coffee
- 2 tablespoon pumpkin puree
- 1 cup unsweetened cashew milk
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, then pour over ice.
Tips
For a swirled effect, add the cashew milk after blending.
