Healthy Iced Pumpkin Latte

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup brewed cooled coffee
  • 2 tablespoon pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup unsweetened cashew milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, then pour over ice.

Tips

  1. For a swirled effect, add the cashew milk after blending.
