4-Ingredient Mini Pumpkin Pie Puff Pastry
Ingredients
- Maple syrup or honey
- 1-2 tablespoons pumpkin purée
- Pumpkin pie spice
- Puff pastry dough
- Vegan butter or egg wash
Preparation
Drizzle maple syrup or honey on greased parchment paper.
Layer 1-2 tablespoons pumpkin purée and sprinkle pumpkin pie spice.
Place a small square or circle of puff pastry dough tightly on top.
Brush with vegan butter or egg wash.
