4-Ingredient Mini Pumpkin Pie Puff Pastry

Ingredients

  • Maple syrup or honey
  • 1-2 tablespoons pumpkin purée
  • Pumpkin pie spice
  • Puff pastry dough
  • Vegan butter or egg wash

Preparation

  1. Drizzle maple syrup or honey on greased parchment paper.
