15-Minute Fall Apple Danishes

Ingredients

  • 17 oz puff pastry
  • 3-4 apples
  • maple syrup
  • vegan butter

Preparation

  1. Cut up the puff pastry into about 3 by 5 inch rectangles.

  2. Wash and slice the apple into thin slices.

  3. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

  4. Drizzle some maple syrup on the parchment paper, then add 4-5 apple slices on top and top with more maple syrup.

  5. Top the apples with the puff pastry rectangle and press down on the corners to seal them.

  6. Coat the puff pastry with a little bit of vegan butter.

  7. Bake the pastries for 10-12 minutes at 400*F. Top with powdered sugar and enjoy!
