Banana Puff Pastry Dessert

Ingredients

  • puff pastry
  • maple syrup
  • banana
  • peanut butter
  • cinnamon
  • vegan butter

Toppings

  • melted dark chocolate
  • powdered sugar

Preparation

  1. Cut the puff pastry into approximately 3 by 5 inch rectangles.

  2. Slice the banana into pieces about 1/4 inch thick.

  3. Drizzle maple syrup in a small circle on a lined baking sheet, then add the banana slices, cinnamon, and peanut butter on top.

  4. Top with the puff pastry and close the sides with a fork. Add some vegan butter on top of the pastry.

  5. Bake the pastry for about 10-12 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

  6. Top with melted dark chocolate, dust with powdered sugar, and serve.
