Banana Puff Pastry Dessert
Ingredients
- puff pastry
- maple syrup
- banana
- peanut butter
- cinnamon
- vegan butter
Toppings
- melted dark chocolate
- powdered sugar
Preparation
Cut the puff pastry into approximately 3 by 5 inch rectangles.
Slice the banana into pieces about 1/4 inch thick.
Drizzle maple syrup in a small circle on a lined baking sheet, then add the banana slices, cinnamon, and peanut butter on top.
Top with the puff pastry and close the sides with a fork. Add some vegan butter on top of the pastry.
Bake the pastry for about 10-12 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Top with melted dark chocolate, dust with powdered sugar, and serve.
