Chocolate and Peanut Butter Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup oat flour (blended oats)
  • 1/2 cup plant milk
  • 1/2 mashed banana
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/3 tsp vanilla extract
  • A few pieces of dark chocolate

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients, except the dark chocolate, until well combined.

  2. Preheat the oven to 360°F (180°C).

  3. Pour the mixture into a baking dish or ramekin.

  4. Place a few pieces of dark chocolate on top of the oat mixture.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until the oats are set and slightly golden.

  6. Optional: Crumble a chocolate chip cookie on top before serving.

  7. Enjoy!
