Healthy Low-Fat Vegan Pumpkin Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 hokkaido pumpkin
  • 4 carrots
  • 1 sweet potato
  • 2 onions
  • 3 gloves of garlic
  • seasoning
  • nutritional yeast
  • 1 big tbsp nut butter
  • 1 big tbsp tahini
  • 600 ml water

Preparation

  1. Boil for 20 minutes

  2. Add toppings whatever you desire like pumpkin seeds, balsamic vinegar, cherry tomatoes, herbs etc
