Healthy Low Fat Vegan Pumpkin Soup
Ingredients
- 1 hokkaido pumpkin
- 4 carrots
- 1 sweet potato
- 2 onions
- 3 cloves of garlic
- seasoning
- nutritional yeast
- 1 big tbsp nut butter
- 1 big tbsp tahini
- 600 ml water
Preparation
Boil all the ingredients together for 20 minutes.
Add desired toppings such as pumpkin seeds, balsamic vinegar, cherry tomatoes, or herbs.
