Vegan Super Moist Banana Bread
Ingredients
- 535g organic bananas (3)
- 1 banana for topping
- 150g rolled oats
- 55g maple syrup
- 60g unsweetened applesauce
- 10g baking powder
- 200g dark chocolate
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180C/350F.
Cut the tips of the bananas but do not remove the skin, unless they are not organic.
In a blender, add all the ingredients and blend until quite smooth.
Add the roughly chopped chocolate to the batter, keeping a small amount for topping.
Line a cake tin with parchment and pour the mixture into the tin.
Cut the last peeled banana in half and place it on top with the chocolate chips.
Bake for 45 to 60 minutes. If it browns too much, cover with aluminum foil or lower the temperature to 150C and bake longer.
Wait until it is cold before slicing.
