Vegan Banana Oat Peanut Butter Chocolate Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup peanut butter (crunchy or smooth)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 5 bananas
  • 1 cup vegan chocolate buttons/chips

Preparation

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a blender, combine rolled oats, peanut butter, baking powder, and bananas (save the chocolate buttons for later).

  3. Blend the ingredients until a batter-like texture forms.

  4. Grease a loaf pan and line it with parchment paper.

  5. Pour the blended batter into the prepared pan.

  6. Sprinkle the vegan chocolate buttons or chips on top of the batter.

  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

  8. Once baked, remove the pan from the oven and allow the bread to cool.

  9. Serve the banana oat peanut butter chocolate bread with your favorite toppings or enjoy it as is.
