Fluffy Vegan Peanut Butter Donuts

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Oat Flour
  • 1/4 cup Protein Powder
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 tbs Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 cup Almond Milk

Frosting

  • 2 tbs Protein Powder
  • 2-3 tbs Almond Milk
  • Chopped Peanuts

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.

  2. Mix ingredients together in a bowl until mixture is smooth.

  3. Pour into donut tray and bake for 15 minutes.

  4. Once donuts have cooked and cooled, prepare frosting by whisking protein powder with milk.

  5. Dip cooled donut into the frosting and sprinkle chopped peanuts on top.

  6. If you don’t have a donut tray, these will make delicious muffins.
