Single Serve Chickpea Cake
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chickpeas (canned or cooked)
- 1/3 cup plant milk
- 2 tbsp oat flour
- 2 tbsp @unicornsuperfoods salted caramel protein powder
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice (to help it rise)
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Transfer it to a small ramekin and bake at 360F for 30 minutes.
