Vegan Chocolate Chickpea Cream Oatmeal Bowl

Ingredients

  • Blueberries
  • Coconut yogurt
  • Peanut butter
  • Dark chocolate

Chickpea chocolate cream

  • 1 cup chickpeas
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup nut butter (hazelnut recommended)
  • 3-4 tbsp cocoa powder
  • Plant milk

Preparation

Prepare the chickpea chocolate cream

  1. Drain and rinse the chickpeas.

  2. In a blender, combine chickpeas, maple syrup, nut butter, cocoa powder, and a splash of plant milk.

  3. Blend until smooth, adding more milk as needed to achieve a creamy consistency.
