Vegan Chocolate Chickpea Cream Oatmeal Bowl

- Blueberries
- Coconut yogurt
- Peanut butter
- Dark chocolate
Chickpea chocolate cream
- 1 cup chickpeas
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/3 cup nut butter (hazelnut recommended)
- 3-4 tbsp cocoa powder
- Plant milk
Preparation
Prepare the chickpea chocolate cream
Drain and rinse the chickpeas.
In a blender, combine chickpeas, maple syrup, nut butter, cocoa powder, and a splash of plant milk.
Blend until smooth, adding more milk as needed to achieve a creamy consistency.
In a bowl, prepare quick oats according to package instructions.
Top the oats with blueberries, coconut yogurt, a drizzle of peanut butter, and pieces of dark chocolate.
Add a generous dollop of the chickpea chocolate cream on top.
