Peanut Butter Cup Overnight Oat Cake

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup quick cooking oats (can also use oat flour)
  • 1 tbsp flax/chia
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 cup plant milk

Preparation

  1. Bring your plant milk to a boil.

  2. Mix the oats with flax or chia seeds in a bowl.

  3. Pour the hot milk over the oat mixture.

  4. Add the sweetener (maple syrup) and peanut butter.

  5. Mix everything well and cover the bowl.

  6. Let the mixture sit overnight in the refrigerator.

  7. The next day, remove the oat cake from the bowl.

  8. Top it with melted chocolate and a drizzle of peanut butter.
