Baked Oats with Pear and Cinnamon
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1 tbsp flax/chia
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp peanut butter (or any nut butter)
- 1/3 tsp cinnamon
- Splash plant milk
- 1 small pear (chopped)
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients together.
Transfer the mixture to a small baking dish.
Bake at 360°F for about 20 minutes.
Serve with your favorite toppings and enjoy.
Tips
For enhanced flavor, serve with additional peanut butter, fresh pear slices, and vanilla rice milk.
