Baked Oats with Pear and Cinnamon

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1 tbsp flax/chia
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter (or any nut butter)
  • 1/3 tsp cinnamon
  • Splash plant milk
  • 1 small pear (chopped)

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients together.

  2. Transfer the mixture to a small baking dish.

  3. Bake at 360°F for about 20 minutes.

  4. Serve with your favorite toppings and enjoy.

Tips

  1. For enhanced flavor, serve with additional peanut butter, fresh pear slices, and vanilla rice milk.
