Banana Bread Pancakes with Oat Flour and Mashed Banana
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup oat flour
- 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
- 1 mashed banana
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 100ml plant milk
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Preparation
In a mixing bowl, combine the oat flour and ground flax seeds.
Add the mashed banana, baking powder, plant milk, and cinnamon to the bowl. Mix until well combined.
Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat.
Once the skillet is hot, ladle the pancake batter onto the skillet to form pancakes of your desired size.
Cook the pancakes for a few minutes on each side until they are golden brown and cooked through.
Remove the pancakes from the skillet and serve them warm.
