Banana Bread Pancakes with Oat Flour and Mashed Banana

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup oat flour
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 100ml plant milk
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Preparation

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the oat flour and ground flax seeds.

  2. Add the mashed banana, baking powder, plant milk, and cinnamon to the bowl. Mix until well combined.

  3. Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat.

  4. Once the skillet is hot, ladle the pancake batter onto the skillet to form pancakes of your desired size.

  5. Cook the pancakes for a few minutes on each side until they are golden brown and cooked through.

  6. Remove the pancakes from the skillet and serve them warm.
