Cinnamon Crumble Baked Oats Delight
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup oat flour
- 1/2 mashed banana
- 100ml plant milk
- 1 tbsp liquid sweetener
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/3 tsp cinnamon
- 1/3 tsp vanilla extract
Crumble
- 2 tbsp oats
- 1 tbsp liquid sweetener
- 1/3 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp melted coconut oil
Preparation
Prepare the crumble by mixing oats, liquid sweetener, cinnamon, and melted coconut oil in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, combine oat flour, mashed banana, plant milk, liquid sweetener, baking powder, cinnamon, and vanilla extract for the baked oats mixture.
Transfer the baked oats mixture to a small ramekin.
Sprinkle the prepared crumble on top of the oats mixture.
Bake the assembled dish at 360°F (180°C) for approximately 20 minutes.
Once baked and golden, remove from the oven.
