Cinnamon Crumble Baked Oats Delight

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 mashed banana
  • 100ml plant milk
  • 1 tbsp liquid sweetener
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/3 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/3 tsp vanilla extract

Crumble

  • 2 tbsp oats
  • 1 tbsp liquid sweetener
  • 1/3 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp melted coconut oil

Preparation

  1. Prepare the crumble by mixing oats, liquid sweetener, cinnamon, and melted coconut oil in a bowl.

  2. In a separate bowl, combine oat flour, mashed banana, plant milk, liquid sweetener, baking powder, cinnamon, and vanilla extract for the baked oats mixture.

  3. Transfer the baked oats mixture to a small ramekin.

  4. Sprinkle the prepared crumble on top of the oats mixture.

  5. Bake the assembled dish at 360°F (180°C) for approximately 20 minutes.

  6. Once baked and golden, remove from the oven.
