Healthy Raspberry Banana Pancakes with Oat Flour
Ingredients
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1/3 cup vanilla soy milk
- 1 mashed banana
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Handful raspberries
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients together.
Cook on both sides.
Serve with toppings such as soy yogurt, chia jam, raspberries, and peanut butter.
