Healthy Raspberry Banana Pancakes with Oat Flour

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1/3 cup vanilla soy milk
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Handful raspberries

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients together.

  2. Cook on both sides.

  3. Serve with toppings such as soy yogurt, chia jam, raspberries, and peanut butter.
