Fluffy Vegan Biscoff Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 50g oat flour
  • 30g vegan vanilla protein powder
  • half a banana
  • half a tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp flaxseeds
  • almond milk
  • cinnamon

Toppings

  • melted Biscoff spread
  • maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients to form a smooth batter

  2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and cook the batter in small portions until golden brown on both sides

  3. Top the pancakes with melted Biscoff spread and maple syrup.
