Fluffy Vegan Biscoff Pancakes
Ingredients
- 50g oat flour
- 30g vegan vanilla protein powder
- half a banana
- half a tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp flaxseeds
- almond milk
- cinnamon
Toppings
- melted Biscoff spread
- maple syrup
Preparation
Mix all ingredients to form a smooth batter
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and cook the batter in small portions until golden brown on both sides
Top the pancakes with melted Biscoff spread and maple syrup.
