Vegan Carrot Cake Pancakes with Yoghurt Topping
Ingredients
- 50g oat flour
- flax egg
- half a banana
- scoop of vanilla protein powder
- cinnamon
- vanilla extract
- one medium carrot
- half a tsp baking powder
- almond milk
Toppings
- alpro yoghurt icing
- skinnyfoodco butterscotch syrup
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients to form a batter.
Ensure the batter is thick but runny enough to pour into a pan.
Pour the batter into a pan and cook until done.
Top the pancakes with yoghurt icing and butterscotch syrup.
