Vegan Carrot Cake Pancakes with Yoghurt Topping

Ingredients

  • 50g oat flour
  • flax egg
  • half a banana
  • scoop of vanilla protein powder
  • cinnamon
  • vanilla extract
  • one medium carrot
  • half a tsp baking powder
  • almond milk

Toppings

  • alpro yoghurt icing
  • skinnyfoodco butterscotch syrup

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients to form a batter.

  2. Ensure the batter is thick but runny enough to pour into a pan.

  3. Pour the batter into a pan and cook until done.

  4. Top the pancakes with yoghurt icing and butterscotch syrup.
