Simple Carrot Cake Bars with Oats and Spices

Ingredients

  • 60g oat flour
  • 40g whole oats
  • flax egg
  • one banana
  • 1 large carrot
  • 30g coconut oil
  • 30g vanilla protein powder (I used @myvegan vanilla soy isolate)
  • 30g sweetener of choice
  • almond milk
  • tsp baking powder
  • cinnamon
  • nutmeg
  • vanilla extract

Preparation

  1. Bake at 170 degrees for 20-25 minutes
