Simple Carrot Cake Bars with Oats and Spices
Ingredients
- 60g oat flour
- 40g whole oats
- flax egg
- one banana
- 1 large carrot
- 30g coconut oil
- 30g vanilla protein powder (I used @myvegan vanilla soy isolate)
- 30g sweetener of choice
- almond milk
- tsp baking powder
- cinnamon
- nutmeg
- vanilla extract
Preparation
Bake at 170 degrees for 20-25 minutes
