Vegan Bounty Bars with Coconut Protein
Ingredients
Base
- 40g oat flour
- 35g protein
- 15g coconut oil
- a drop of almond milk (optional)
Top layer
- 25g chocolate
- 5g coconut oil
- desiccated coconut for sprinkling
Preparation
Combine the base ingredients, add a drop of almond milk if too dry, and bake at 180°C for 12-15 minutes.
Prepare the top layer with chocolate and coconut oil, sprinkle with desiccated coconut, and refrigerate to set.
