Vegan Bounty Bars with Coconut Protein

Ingredients

Base

  • 40g oat flour
  • 35g protein
  • 15g coconut oil
  • a drop of almond milk (optional)

Top layer

  • 25g chocolate
  • 5g coconut oil
  • desiccated coconut for sprinkling

Preparation

  1. Combine the base ingredients, add a drop of almond milk if too dry, and bake at 180°C for 12-15 minutes.

  2. Prepare the top layer with chocolate and coconut oil, sprinkle with desiccated coconut, and refrigerate to set.
