Simple Chocolate Orange Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1 cup organic oats
  • 2 tbs coconut oil
  • 2 tbs rice malt syrup
  • Pinch of salt
  • Zest of half an orange
  • A few squares of vegan dark chocolate

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 160°C and line a baking tray with baking paper

  2. Process the oats for 30 seconds or so

  3. Add the coconut and all other ingredients and process until it all comes together

  4. Roll balls of mixture and flatten them onto the tray

  5. Bake for 10 minutes until a little golden
