Vegan Chocolate Black Bean Cake
Ingredients
- 230g black beans
- 14 pitted dates
- 1 cup cacao powder
- 4 tbsp potato flour
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 0.5 cup oat milk
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 80g vegan dark chocolate
Preparation
Mix all of the ingredients except from the dark chocolate
Pour the dough into a form
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes (175 degrees)
Melt the dark chocolate and cover the cake
Let the cake set for one hour before serving
