Double Chocolate Oat Bars
Ingredients
- 100ml coconut oil
- 150ml maple syrup
- 100g oat flour (blended oats)
- 70g oats
- 50g dessicated coconut
- 20g cacao powder
- 100g vegan chocolate
- pinch salt
Preparation
In a small pan, melt the coconut oil and syrup
Meanwhile, add the oat flour, oats, coconut, cacao and salt to a bowl and combine
Add the wet mixture to the dry, and mix until a dough forms
Press into a deep 11x18cm lined tray, and pop in the oven at 170°c for 15-16 mins
Remove and melt the choc
Pour over the oat bars, allow to cool and set, then slice and enjoy !
