Peanut Butter Protein Doughnuts
Ingredients
- 50g oat flour
- 30g vanilla protein powder (used myvegan soy isolate)
- baking powder
- almond milk
Icing
- powdered peanut butter (pb2foods)
- almond milk
- liquid sweetener
Preparation
Preheat oven to 180°C
Mix oat flour, vanilla protein powder, and baking powder in a bowl
Add almond milk to form a batter
Pour the batter into doughnut moulds
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown
Icing
Mix powdered peanut butter, almond milk, and liquid sweetener until smooth
Drizzle or spread over cooled doughnuts
