Peanut Butter Protein Doughnuts

Ingredients

  • 50g oat flour
  • 30g vanilla protein powder (used myvegan soy isolate)
  • baking powder
  • almond milk

Icing

  • powdered peanut butter (pb2foods)
  • almond milk
  • liquid sweetener

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C

  2. Mix oat flour, vanilla protein powder, and baking powder in a bowl

  3. Add almond milk to form a batter

  4. Pour the batter into doughnut moulds

  5. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown

Icing

  1. Mix powdered peanut butter, almond milk, and liquid sweetener until smooth

  2. Drizzle or spread over cooled doughnuts
