Single Serve Chocolate Peanut Butter Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Oat Flour
  • 1 tbs Cacao Powder
  • 1 tbs Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 cup Almond Milk
  • 1 tsp Sweetener (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder (optional)

Toppings

  • Extra Peanut Butter
  • Choc Chips

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.

  2. Add ingredients to a bowl and stir until combined.

  3. Pour into a ramekin and add toppings.

  4. Bake for 15 minutes and serve warm.

Microwave method

  1. Cook in the microwave for 1-2 minutes depending on your microwave and how gooey or cooked you want it.
