Single Serve Chocolate Peanut Butter Baked Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 2 tbsp chocolate protein powder (Macr0mike - discount code: "amb-han")
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Extra peanut butter and chocolate chips for topping
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a bowl, combine the oat flour, chocolate protein powder, peanut butter, almond milk, and baking powder. Stir until well combined.
Pour the mixture into a ramekin or individual oven-safe dish.
Add extra peanut butter and chocolate chips on top as desired.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
Once baked, remove from the oven and serve warm.
