Single Serve Chocolate Peanut Butter Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 2 tbsp chocolate protein powder (Macr0mike - discount code: "amb-han")
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • Extra peanut butter and chocolate chips for topping

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

  2. In a bowl, combine the oat flour, chocolate protein powder, peanut butter, almond milk, and baking powder. Stir until well combined.

  3. Pour the mixture into a ramekin or individual oven-safe dish.

  4. Add extra peanut butter and chocolate chips on top as desired.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.

  6. Once baked, remove from the oven and serve warm.
