Peanut Butter and Chocolate Baked Oats
Ingredients
- 65g oat flour
- 40g choc & nut vegan protein
- 1tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1tbsp milled flaxseeds
- 1/2tsp baking powder
- 140ml unsweetened almond milk
- 1tbsp smooth peanut butter
- Dark chocolate
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Mix all the ingredients except the peanut butter and chocolate together.
Pour 3/4 of the batter into an ovenproof ramekin and place the peanut butter in the centre.
Cover with the remaining batter and place the chocolate on top.
Bake for 15 mins.
