Peanut Butter Cheesecake Baked Oats
Ingredients
- 50g oats
- 5g flaxseeds
- half a teaspoon baking powder
- 15g vanilla protein powder
- vanilla extract
- 200 ml almond milk (approximately)
Filling
- 1 teaspoon powdered peanut butter
- water
- nush foods cream cheese
- liquid sweetener
Preparation
Mix the dry ingredients first and then add in the milk.
Prepare the center by mixing powdered peanut butter with water and separately mixing nush foods cream cheese with liquid sweetener.
Assemble the mixture in a baking dish with the filling placed in the center.
Bake at 180°C for 12-15 minutes.
