Cinnamon Roll Baked Oats
Ingredients
- 50g oats
- 1 tsp flaxseeds
- 20g vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 200-250ml almond milk
- cinnamon (for swirling)
- soy yoghurt (for icing)
- sweetener (for icing)
Preparation
Mix the oats, flaxseeds, vanilla protein powder, baking powder, and almond milk together to form the base mixture.
Swirl in some cinnamon at the top of the mixture.
Bake at 180°C for around 15 minutes.
For the icing, mix soy yoghurt with sweetener and drizzle or spread on top after baking.
