Cinnamon Roll Style Baked Oats

Ingredients

Oat base

  • 2/3 cup jumbo oats, blended
  • 100ml vanilla almond milk
  • 1 tbsp flax seed
  • 1 banana, mashed
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

Swirl

  • 1 tbsp runny hazelnut butter
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • dash of maple syrup

Icing components

  • vegan plain cream cheese
  • maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Mix the oat base ingredients together

  2. Pour into a ramekin

  3. Mix the swirl ingredients until a thick paste forms

  4. Scoop into a piping bag

  5. Pipe a swirl onto your oats

  6. Bake for approximately 25-30 minutes at 180°C

  7. Mix the icing ingredients with a spoon and eat with the hot oats
