Cinnamon Roll Style Baked Oats
Ingredients
Oat base
- 2/3 cup jumbo oats, blended
- 100ml vanilla almond milk
- 1 tbsp flax seed
- 1 banana, mashed
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
Swirl
- 1 tbsp runny hazelnut butter
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- dash of maple syrup
Icing components
- vegan plain cream cheese
- maple syrup
Preparation
Mix the oat base ingredients together
Pour into a ramekin
Mix the swirl ingredients until a thick paste forms
Scoop into a piping bag
Pipe a swirl onto your oats
Bake for approximately 25-30 minutes at 180°C
Mix the icing ingredients with a spoon and eat with the hot oats
