Chocolate Chip Banana Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 banana mashed (+more for topping)
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 tbsp dark chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 minutes.

  2. Top with the remaining banana and another 1/2 tablespoon of chocolate chips.
