Chocolate Chip Banana Baked Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 banana mashed (+more for topping)
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup almond milk
- 1/2 tbsp dark chocolate chips
Preparation
Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 minutes.
Top with the remaining banana and another 1/2 tablespoon of chocolate chips.
