Cinnamon Oatmeal with Banana and Almond Milk

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats or quick oats
  • 2 cups almond milk (or 1 cup water and 1 cup almond milk)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 banana
  • Pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a sauce pan and bring to a simmer.

  2. Stir and allow to thicken for about 3 minutes.

  3. Remove from heat and serve with extra toppings.

  4. Sprinkle some matcha overtop if you’re brave or use other fruits and nuts instead.
