Easy Cardamom Oatmeal with Banana and Almond Milk
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch ground cardamom
- Pinch of salt
- 1 banana, sliced or mashed
- 1 cup almond milk
Preparation
Combine all ingredients together in a sauce pan and bring to a simmer.
Stir while cooking to keep creamy.
Cook for about 3-5 minutes then remove from stove.
Top as desired.
