Easy Cardamom Oatmeal with Banana and Almond Milk

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch ground cardamom
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 banana, sliced or mashed
  • 1 cup almond milk

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients together in a sauce pan and bring to a simmer.

  2. Stir while cooking to keep creamy.

  3. Cook for about 3-5 minutes then remove from stove.

  4. Top as desired.
