Creamy Cardamom Oats Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of ground cardamom
- 1 cup almond milk
- Pinch of salt
- 1 banana, mashed or sliced
Preparation
Optionally chop the rolled oats in a mini food processor for a creamier texture.
Add all ingredients to a saucepan.
Bring to a simmer.
Stir and cook for about 3 minutes until creamy.
Remove from heat.
Top with desired toppings.
