Warm Banana Cinnamon Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 banana
- 1 cup almond milk
- a pinch of salt
Preparation
Slice the banana.
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan.
Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the oats are soft and creamy, about 5-10 minutes.
