Warm Banana Cinnamon Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • a pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Slice the banana.

  2. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan.

  3. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the oats are soft and creamy, about 5-10 minutes.
