Ginger Flavored Oatmeal with Banana and Spices
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ginger powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 banana (mashed or sliced)
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a simmer.
Stir while cooking until it thickens to make creamy oats.
Cook for 3 minutes, then remove from heat and serve with desired toppings.

Use kiwi for topping.
Add blueberries as a topping.
Include blackberries for topping.
Top with pumpkin seeds.
