Ginger Flavored Oatmeal with Banana and Spices

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ginger powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 banana (mashed or sliced)

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a simmer.

  2. Stir while cooking until it thickens to make creamy oats.
