Ginger Oatmeal with Fresh Fruit Toppings
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ginger powder
- 1 banana
- 1 cup almond milk
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a simmer.
Cook for 3-5 minutes until oats thicken, then remove from heat.
Top with desired fruits and seeds, such as mango, strawberries, gooseberries, raspberries, and pumpkin seeds.
