Ginger Oatmeal with Fresh Fruit Toppings

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ginger powder
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup almond milk

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a simmer.

  2. Cook for 3-5 minutes until oats thicken, then remove from heat.

  3. Top with desired fruits and seeds, such as mango, strawberries, gooseberries, raspberries, and pumpkin seeds.
