Creamy Banana Oats Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 banana, mashed or sliced

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a sauce pan and then bring to a simmer.

  2. Stir and cook for about 3 minutes until it’s creamy and remove from stove top.

  3. Top as desired.
