Creamy Banana Oats Breakfast
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup almond milk
- Pinch of salt
- 1 banana, mashed or sliced
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a sauce pan and then bring to a simmer.
Stir and cook for about 3 minutes until it’s creamy and remove from stove top.
Top as desired.
