Creamy Banana Oats Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup almond milk
- Pinch of salt
- 1 banana, mashed or sliced
Toppings
- blueberries
- trail mix from @edenfoods
- banana slices
Preparation
Chop the rolled oats in a mini food processor for a creamier texture if desired.
Add all ingredients to a saucepan.
Bring to a simmer.
Stir and cook for about 3 minutes until creamy.
Remove from heat.
Top with desired additions such as blueberries, trail mix, and banana slices.
